It's July 4th which in the United States of America is a very important day! It is our Independence Day! When people think of America they think a country filled with people who are obsessed with apple pie and football, but that's just a stereotype! Neither of us are any of those things and yet we are Americans! The United States of America is a melting pot consisting of a bunch of different people from all walks of life. Paola is a first generation American whose family is from Colombia, while Kirsten is (at least) a 6th generation American whose family came from Ireland, Scotland, Germany, and Poland. But where your family is from doesn't matter as much as where you call home. We most certainly call America our home & we're not afraid to show it. In order to show our pride of living in this country we decided to wear red, white, and blue! During the 4th of July you see fireworks and maybe you picnic? (Even if you don't let's pretend you do) So in true American fashion, we decided to have a little picnic& show off our outfits while we're at it.Our favorite little photobomber even made a special appearance for it. We hope you enjoyed this special Fourth of July post. We had a great time coming up with outfits as well as ways to showcase our pride in them. We chose to highlight a specific brand because they are proudly made in the USA & we support them one hundred percent. We also included our own props to really capture the fun atmosphere of the fourth of july.
