When you wish upon a star

All aboard the dapper day express! If you've been following me for awhile then you know it's time for my favorite event of the year Dapper day! I'm doing a throwback this week as I'm currently knee deep in dapper day prep for this weekend! If you have no idea what I''m talking about allow me to explain.

Dapper day is an event that takes place in Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disneyland Paris once a year. One event in the spring and then again in the fall. While not an official Disney event it has grown so much in popularity and size over the years, even the cast members know when it's coming. 


Now, what exactly  is Dapper day you ask? Why it is an event created to pay homage to the opening day looks of Disneyland. A chance to wear your Sunday's best and travel back in time to when the parks first opened. It's an event where people go all out in whatever their idea of Dapper is and it truly is the fashion event of the season at the parks. My favorite thing about Dapper day is seeing everyone dressed to the nines, having the time of their lives at my favorite place. 

Last fall was such a whirlwind of an event and simply too magical not too share so enjoy looking at dapper day past with me! Don't worry I'll have a post for this year's looks as well later this month! Keep scrolling to see what adventures we got up to the first day at Magic Kingdom!

I hope you enjoyed reading and seeing our adventures from Dapper day part 1 of Fall 2018. Dapper day is such a special event to me,so I'm so excited to be able to share our adventures with all of you every year. As mentioned this is only part 1,as it is a weekend long event in Walt Disney World. So keep your eyes peeled for part two in Epcot coming real soon!
