Retro Orlando : Part 2

Continuing on last weeks theme we're touching on another Retro themed area in Orlando, this ones also near the Winter Park area but a lot more hidden so its like a buried treasure you have to find, if you're driving too fast or blink you'll miss it. Its tucked away in a little plaza off the side of the road surrounded by other cute little stores that fit this niche, however its the adorable window displays and unique name that drew us to this particular store. The Lovely offers something for everyone, there's even sections for both male and female customers to shop in. There's sections filled with clothes, western themed things, plants, photography, vintage items, contemporary, boho, vintage, even artisan soaps and handmade items; the amount of options is literally endless. (We walked around the store for over an hour and probably didn't see every little thing it had to offer). We actually came here with the intention of attending a different event but arrived too late and decided we didn't want to waste the trip so we wandered around and stumbled upon it.

Our favorite section was undeniably the clothes section. (Are you surprised?). It was filled with dozens upon dozens of gorgeous articles of clothing we're talking vintage dresses up the wazoo. We're suckers for pretty clothes, especially dresses it was like playing dress up in our mom's closet (probably more our grandmothers, our moms are still young and fabulous as ever! We love you moms!!). The amount of clothes and things to see really took us by surprise and made the whole experience more enjoyable. The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful, they actually took these pictures of us and allowed us to take pictures of their wonderful shop as well as of them to feature on the blog today. We love having a chance to support and share small businesses every chance we get and can't wait to show you what else we have in store for the blog.
