They say that everyone has a doppelgänger, that's right there's someone out there who looks almost exactly like you. Now for most people that thought might be a little terrifying or seemingly impossible. For us being the wonderful weirdos that we are, this idea intrigues us. Now I obviously already have my doppelgänger, my twin sister Anna, but that doesn't mean I can't have a doppelgänger in a different sense. In fact that is what this post is all about,we were so enthused by this idea we decided to see if it was true. Of course in true "thehepburnmovement" fashion it had to be done, with a twist. We decided to try and find our doppelgänger celebrities from the past. (We are infatuated with their style and class after all). We recently came across a article called Sizing up old Hollywood, it has the height and measurements of some of the most iconic stars of the time period! Looking through them showed that there are many different height ranges! From the shortest of ladies to the tallest! Paola is on the shortest side, and the star closest to her height was Judy Garland whom Paola has always loved! Kirsten is an average height so she had more to pick from, but the one that seemed to fit her best was Ginger Rodgers. We decided to embrace these two talented women and do an impromptu photoshoot for them! Both of these ladies were amazing performers that could not only act but also sing and dance. They each worked along side of some of the best dancers of their time and could hold their own!

We hope you enjoyed our take on the strangers like us, we had a wonderful time embodying these wonderfully talented and classy ladies style. Now we know the idea of dopplgangers isn't for everyone but it's something we've been intrigued by for a long time. Ideally we'd like to find our celebrity look alikes in the way we look too but we'll save that task for another day.
