Masters of disguise

In honor of our birthday week, we've got a few special blog posts planned.  We believe that birthdays should be celebrated for as long as possible! (for the sake of the blog we'll just do a week each.) They're momentous occasions that deserve a little extra hurrah. We're starting with  the celebration of my (Paola's) birthday and my twin's. I decided to kick it off by sharing our Metro con adventures, since our birthday is Friday the 13th after all. It has been our tradition since we were in high school to attend an anime convention or two together depending on what funds allowed. Now we've featured Anna in a few blog posts over the year, but this is the first post all about us that we knew simply had to be done. We have loved anime ever since we were little girls, it's one of the things that kept us together through our tumultuous teen years. Anna is my best friend that I was lucky to have since birth and I'm so excited to share more of her with all of you this week. We chose to embrace two of our favorite fandoms for Metro con! Keep scrolling to see who inspired our outfits and some of the fabulous people we met that day.
