It's a beautiful sunny day in Florida, your hair is looking amazing and you know it! Then all of a sudden it starts raining (Florida's weather is constantly changing that way) but you don't care because you are prepared with your secret weapon! Why, The Bonnit of course! This beautiful accessory is a modern take on a classic, Kirsten's grandmother told her when she was Kirsten's age she wore something similar! Even my grandmother marveled at how they reminded her of her childhood days and they brought a smile to her face as she remininced. Recently Kirsten won a giveaway for Bonnits by Miss Lady Lace (a YouTuber that focuses on pinup/vintage fashion! Take a look)! We decided it was the perfect opportunity to do a review of them, living in Florida trying to look cute despite the weather is a constant battle. We can honestly say that we think we achieved the perfect combination of staying dry and chic with these gorgeous rain bonnets. We can't wait to share our thoughts on them with you.

Review
The Bonnit is a proudly made in Canada company! At this moment in time they have three designs with two on the way! This is exciting because the first three were all black but the two coming will have some color to them making more of a statement! The Bonnit is a 100% polyethylene and recyclable rain bonnet. They are used to cover your beautiful hair and to make sure your style lasts! They are incredibly durable and water resistant. While wearing them the water just slid right off keeping our lovely locks dry and protected (what more can a princess ask for?). The classic silhouette and style made them conversation starter and we were met with many compliments while wearing them around the kingdom.
The Bonnit was kind enough to send us each two bonnets which made for the perfect review items! They included one clear/plain one in each adorable package and a printed one. They come in adorable packages all folded up which showcases how easily portable they are. We love the ability to wear a more plain one with our more printed outfits or add a pop of fun to plain outfit twitch the printed ones. The Bonnits are a one size fits all sort of accessory and we definitely put that to the test. We included our fellow pinup princesses along in the fun to show them being worn on all hair types and lengths. We wanted to showcase just how versatile and useful they really are so we donned our protective gear for a trip to Disney. (Is there a better place to try and preserve your do at? We think not!). What we loved most about these was the cute tie neck that allowed for an adjustable fit, no matter what your hairstyle is you can adjust it for the perfect amount of protection. They even fit over our hair flowers and updos, if thats not magic we don't know what is.
Our favorite part about these lovely rain bonnets other than their versatility is the price point, not only are they incredibly affordable but they are the perfect addition to our wardrobe. Come rain, wind, shine or possibly snow they will keep your hair do locked down and out of harms way. For fit, quality, use and price we give these bonnets a 10/10, we wouldn't change a thing except to add endless amounts of colors and prints so our collection can grow. We can't wait to collect them all, after all a princess has gotta do what she's gotta do to protect her hair do!

We hope you enjoyed our second installment of small business sunday, it was an impromptu but fun review to say the least but we were so glad to have these bonnets handy for our trip to Disney. If you need chic, easily portable and incredibly affordable rain bonnets than look no further than The Bonnit! As they grow we are sure they'll have a color and print for every outfit and you'll fall in love with them just as swiftly as we did. We cannot recommend them enough and we know they'll be included in many outfits in the future.Who says you can't look cute and keep your hair in tact?
